Lost Verizon

This Sunday, we get our Prison Break parody to look forward to. To view the countdown click here to view it

In order to save up money to buy a cell phone, Bart takes a job at a country club retrieving golf balls. While at the course, Bart watches celebrities, including Dennis Leary (guest-starring as himself) playing a round. When Leary’s cell phone rings just as he is about to take a swing, he furiously throws the phone in the air and it lands right next to Bart. Bart decides to keep the cell and makes prank calls to all over the world pretending to be Leary. He even accepts a job offer from famed producer Brian Grazer (also guesting as himself) to star in the film version of “Everyone Poops.” When Marge discovers what Bart has been up to, she confiscates the device and calls Leary to return the phone. But Leary has a better idea, and instructs Marge to activate the GPS system on the phone so she can track Bart’s every move. Bart quickly catches on and devises a plan that sends the family on a wild goose chase all the way to Machu Picchu.

Sex, Pies & Idiot Scrapes: Aftermath

Posted in Season 20 by Ieuan on the Tuesday, 30 September

20:00 last night America welcomed in Season 20, with 9.30 million viewers.

Season 20 premier, “Sex, Pies & Idiot Scrapes” did have the lowest premier ratings so far, but the fact that “He Loves to Fly and He D’ohs” last year’s Season 19 premier had 9.43 million, means we aren’t at that much of a worring state. The internet broadcasting these episodes online, (some legally, some illagally) does not help this information. Compared to Family Guy, a slight more viewers, but a bit more positivly thriving through other competetor shows showed that night.

This is all generally good news. Next week, episode “Lost Verizon” is hitting our screens. This episode also has a good write up – so let’s hope for high ratings again then. I will post more on that now.

A New Destination

Posted in Simpsonise Updates by Ieuan on the Sunday, 28 September

Following the Simpsons Channel, it now looks like this is the way forward.

Many people have stated they want “Simpsonise” to look similar to many other popular fan sites. By using WordPress this can be created with ease, compared to my previous host “Piczo”. There are many advantages  and disavangates by doing this. Overall, doing this will make this site better than ever, especailly the automatically created pages, like Archives etc.

This change should ensure our quaility of Simpsonise will never drop.
